HONOR, a global leader in smart devices, made a notable impact at IFA24 Berlin with the launch of its Magic V3 foldable smartphone. For the second consecutive year, HONOR partnered with event management expert Thornehope (THP). THP played a pivotal role in ensuring HONOR’s success, from unveiling the Magic V3 and MagicPad 2 to coordinating key events like Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner’s visit and an interactive session with table tennis champion Timo Boll. THP’s comprehensive services included event planning, booth operations, keynote conference management and livestreaming, helping HONOR’s products and brand identity shine.

Despite facing the triple challenges of “increased workload, extended scope and longer duration,” THP leveraged its cumulative experience from previous collaborations with HONOR to enhance and optimize local resources, to achieve seamless execution. Proactive material preparation and a flexible, reliable team structure ensured efficient operations, while real-time collaboration tools such as Feishu (Lark) facilitated effective communication.
